Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Customers must inspect their jewelry within 3 days of receipt. If no issues are reported within this period, we consider the sale final.
  • Please adhere strictly to the jewelry care instructions provided by Kellery.
  • We will not process any returns or exchanges if the item is deemed to be damaged or broken due to customer negligence.
  • For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Packaging:

  • All jewelry is carefully packaged in branded boxes to ensure protection during transit.
  • Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
